We had our ultrasound today, and I'm happy to report everything looked great. I was hoping to find out if we are having a baby boy or girl - but the nurse couldn't tell! Our little one was not very cooperative! The nurse thought girl but then said she just doesn't know at this point.
I had been hoping to do something fun like a gender reveal dessert with our family.
Have you heard of this? You have a bakery fill the inside of a cake or cupcake with blue or pink to reveal what you're having.
Then it's one big surprise and everyone finds out together whether it's a boy or girl. I think it sounds like a lot of fun!

Our doctor said she'll take a peak at our next appointment to see whether this little babe is a boy or girl. I feel like it's a girl - does that count?
