My Go-To Dinner

I'm not a great cook. I'm the first to admit it. I get a little overwhelmed when it comes to complex dishes that call for things like... herbs. (ok, you can stop laughing now) Anyway, I came across this dish about a year ago and my husband and I LOVE it. It has become our go-to dinner. It's super easy, super quick to make and really really good. I've even been known to impress people other than my husband with this dish. Drum roll please....

It's Rachael Ray's 4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp. You can find how to make it here. When we first started with this recipe we followed the exact measurements, but now we just go with what feels right - and IT'S STILL GOOD! Just a few suggestions - we like starting with raw shrimp over pre-cooked shrimp. Also, we put it with Texmati white rice made with chicken broth instead of water. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as we do!

P.S. We learned "so big" last week. I love how baby gets excited to show us she can do it. Our dog Riley didn't see this one coming!

(I can't help but laugh every time I look at this!!)
