What's Up

Tried the Santa Fe Turkey Stuffed Peppers off Skinnytaste.com last night. They're good, and I couldn't believe how much my 2-year-old loved these!

The above picture is right before it went into the oven. You add some cheese on the top for the last five minutes.

This recipe is definitely a winner. It takes a while to make, so don't expect to just whip it up on a whim... but it's worth it. I'm a huge fan of Skinnytaste.com. I've tried a couple recipes on this site that have quickly become regulars around our house.

I picked up this basket at TJ Maxx for $19.99. I was especially excited after seeing it on West Elm for $54!

It's deep enough to hold quite a few books. Oh, and remember the toy box? It's also really helping to keep the mess in check. It's super easy to just throw everything in there... and I mean everything. You don't even want to know how long I spent searching for my cell phone the other day only to find it in the bottom of the bin... oh my sweet little angel...

Speaking of that angel - I picked up a small wooden birdhouse at Joann Fabrics for $1 and let her have at it with her paints. She loved it. Best $1 spent.
