Welcome to the Fair!

We took Ana (and her dolly) to our county's 4-H fair this week.

I thought Ana would like seeing the farm animals, especially since we sing about them all the time!

She looks frightened here in the horse barn, but I don't think she was scared at all. 

(BTW dolly stayed in the car.)

Ana just kind of stared at the animals. I wonder what she was thinking. 

Best part of our visit:

 One-week old piglets!! (Poor mama pig - I feel your pain!)

 We got a little sad after talking to a "beef" farmer.

It was a very hot morning... and so humid! We didn't last long, but it was still fun. There were some fantastic quilts on display - I wish I would have taken some pictures to share. I have to get better at doing that! Next time - I promise!
